Platform preview

Coming soon

The transactional platform is under preparation. Phase 1 remains informational — wallets, trading, and a future path toward registered stablecoin status after approvals will unlock only when architecture and compliance allow.

Technology & reporting

On-chain records with off-chain controls.

The proposed platform combines an on-chain record with off-chain identity, legal, banking, and operating systems. Personal information and confidential commercial documents stay off-chain; hashes can prove an approved version existed at a point in time.

01

Identity

KYC/AML, sanctions screening, eligibility, wallet association, and permissions via authorized providers.

02

Asset

Title documents, security filings, valuations, contracts, and insurance for the legal asset package.

03

Token

Smart contracts for authorized issuance, holding, transfer, pause, recovery, and distribution rules.

04

Register

Issuer or transfer agent maintains the legally recognized holder record and reconciles on-chain balances.

05

Data

Plant systems, labs, meters, invoices, bank records, and auditors support verified performance reporting.

06

Settlement

Payments through lawful bank, payment, stable-value, or digital-asset channels for the jurisdiction.

Blockchain selection remains open. Criteria include security, cost, custody, permissioned transfers, maturity, privacy, interoperability, environmental footprint, and maintainability — so legal rights do not depend on one network’s popularity.

Transfers & liquidity

Tokenization improves administration — it does not create a market.

A holder may be unable to sell a project security for an extended period or at any acceptable price. Every future offering must disclose this risk prominently.

Project-security transfers should require approved wallets, identity checks, eligibility confirmation, holding-period compliance, issuer consent where applicable, and synchronization with the recognized holder register.

The platform should not promise 24/7 liquidity. Market hours, venue access, settlement, pricing, buyer demand, lockups, and regulatory restrictions can limit actual trading even when a network runs continuously.

Any repurchase, redemption, refinance, or liquidity facility must be separately funded and documented. DeFi integration is not a launch feature.

Platform roadmap

Build evidence gate by gate.

Platform capability follows the same readiness logic as project financing: legal architecture, pilot readiness, financing controls, commissioning and reporting, MVP operations, then controlled transfers — with any ecosystem token decision last.

Phase 1 remains informational. Wallets, contracts, and trading are not live. Nothing here guarantees price, liquidity, approvals, or timelines.

What's ahead

A preview of the ecosystem experience.

These capabilities are intentionally held back in Phase 1. They will activate only after architecture, compliance, and security are finalized.

Wallet connection

Secure access flows prepared for when infrastructure and compliance requirements are met.

Soon

Live transactions

Buy and sell capability only after smart contracts, security, and regulatory pathways allow.

Soon

KYC / AML

Identity and compliance workflows integrated into the transactional journey.

Soon

Registered stablecoin path

Intent to pursue MiCA and FCA approvals over time — approvals are not guaranteed.

Soon

Current status

Not live yet — by design.

Phase 1 is informational only. No wallets, contracts, or trading are active. Future-phase items — including any path toward a registered stablecoin — are scoped separately once technical and regulatory positions allow. Approvals and financial outcomes are not guaranteed.
